I have been getting chiropractic care off and on for 30 years and weekly massage for the past 5 years. 

I tried a physical therapist with little success.  Unfortunately, my neck had only gotten worse. 

I was in constant pain for the last few years and thought this is what it is going to be like for the rest of my life. 

 I just could not believe at my age I would not be able to do the things I really want to do without being in pain or

living off of Advil (which I called my best friend) I was taking almost daily.   Last summer I experiencing tingling in my arm. 

 The chiropractor I was seeing at the time refused to continue my care without getting an MRI.  This scared me and I thought

there has to be a chiropractor who could help me because I believed the tingling was due to a pinched nerve caused by my straight neck. 

I was referred to Botha Chiropractic and started adjustments and traction which was painful in the beginning.  I was determined to do

whatever it took to get better.  I have been coming to Botha since September of 2008.   Within a few months the tingling in my arm was gone

and I no longer have constant  stiffness or pain.  I am feeling so good these days that I have singed up for a triathlon, which will be  the first

one I have ever attempted at the age of 50. I can’t begin to tell you how happy I am that I  came to Botha.

I’m just sorry I did not know about them sooner. . . so a big THANK YOU to Dr. Mark and Dr. Kristie.
